Refund Policy for Teacher Plus

Opt-out for a full refund, no-questions-asked, any time in the first seven days of starting your subscription.
Refund requests received after the 7-day window will not be entertained. If you do not find the subscription useful, we encourage you to transfer it to someone who might be interested! (Write to circulation@teacherplus.org.)

Refund time

Once we receive your refund request within the stipulated time, we will place the refund order via our payment providers within 24 hours. Typically, refunds are processed within 7 days. Please check your bank statement after a week and let us know if you haven’t received your money yet (Write to circulation@teacherplus.org).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, we will refund the money to the person who paid for the gift.
